This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the App and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We do not use any of your personal data to provide and improve the Service. We do not collect any data from you. All data is stored on your mobile phone or tablet and you may if you choose backup the data to your own Google Drive accessed via your own Google Drive Account. We may in future use Google Crashlytics to help us to diagnose and fix app crashes but we do not collect any personal information from you for this as we only use what Google Crashlytics automatically provides. By using the App You agree to this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Account  means a unique account created for You to access our App or parts of our App. (The only Account you may use is your own Google Drive Account but only if you choose to do so for backup purposes.)
• Affiliate  means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• App  refers to ShoppingRadar, the mobile app software provided by the Company.
• Company  (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ShoppingRadar.
• Country  refers to: United Kingdom
• Device  means any device that can run the App such as a mobile phone or tablet.
• Personal Data  is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service  refers to the Application.
• Service Provider  means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data  refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You  means the individual accessing or using the App, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our App, We will not ask You to provide Us with any personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You.

Usage Data

We do not collect any usage data from You or Your Device. The only usage data that could exist is any that Google automatically collects themselves to facilitate the correct operation of the Android operating system and the Google Play Store which are both under the control of Google themselves.

When You use the App on a mobile device, Google may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Personal Data

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data. As stated above Google may collect information about your device for diagnostic purposes such as Crashlytics or to ensure the correct operation of the Android Operating System or Google Play Store.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data, therefore there is no need for us to retain anything.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data, therefore there is no need for us to transfer anything.

Delete Your Personal Data

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data, therefore there is no need for us to delete anything. The only data involved when using our App is any data stored physically on your mobile phone or tablet in the App or export folder or any data which you have chosen to backup to your own Google Drive using your own Google Drive Account. All of this is controlled by Yourself and/or Google but We have no control over this.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data, therefore there is no need for us to disclose anything. We will of course comply with any legal requirements and any valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data, therefore there is no need for us to secure anything.

We do not collect or use any of your Personal Data.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Our App does not contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
